What are your support hours?

Live helpdesk support is available Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Central. Automated monitoring runs continuously, with alerts reviewed and addressed during business hours.

Do you offer on-site support?

Yes. We provide on-site support in our primary service area (Central Texas) and remote support nationwide for eligible managed services clients.

How do I open a support ticket?

Existing clients can use the Client Portal to submit tickets and track requests. You can also call 254-343-7336 or email info@pillarforge.tech during business hours.

What is included in managed IT services?

Managed IT typically includes helpdesk support, proactive monitoring, patch management, endpoint management, network administration, and documented operational standards. Specific scope is defined in your service agreement.

Do you help with cybersecurity and compliance?

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients complete onboarding over a 30/60/90-day timeline. The first 30 days focus on discovery and stabilization, days 31–60 on standardization, and days 61–90 on optimization and strategic planning.

Can you work with our existing IT team?

Yes. We offer co-managed options where we handle defined operational areas while your internal team retains control of specific systems or projects.
