Primary Service Area — Central Texas
PillarForge Technology is headquartered in Central Texas and provides on-site support throughout the region, including communities served by the 254 area code. On-site visits are scheduled during business hours for managed services clients within our primary service area.
On-site support is available for:
- New client onboarding and environment discovery
- Hardware deployment and network installation
- Issues that cannot be resolved remotely
- Scheduled maintenance and project work
National Remote Coverage
Beyond our primary service area, we provide remote managed IT, security, and cloud services to growing organizations across the United States. Remote support includes helpdesk, monitoring, cloud management, security administration, and vCIO advisory services.

- Secure remote management tools deployed on supported endpoints
- Client portal for ticket submission and tracking
- Video conferencing for meetings and project collaboration
- Coordination with local vendors for hardware when on-site work is required
